1. Eligibility and Legal Use

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Site or place an order. Cannabis laws vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to know and follow all local, state, and federal laws that apply to you, including laws on the purchase, possession, germination and cultivation of cannabis seeds. We do not encourage or promote any illegal activity, and we may refuse or cancel orders where shipping would be restricted by law or carrier rules.

2. Products and Information

Strain details such as THC and CBD levels, flowering time, yield, height, flavor and effects are provided for information only and reflect typical results reported by breeders and growers. Actual results depend on genetics, growing conditions and technique and are not guaranteed. Nothing on the Site is medical, legal or professional advice.

3. Orders, Pricing and Payment

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• We accept major credit and debit cards, cryptocurrency (including Bitcoin), and bank e-transfer / Zelle. Payment is due in full at the time of order.
• An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, for example where a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
• Promotional offers, including free seeds and special pricing, may change at any time without notice. The offer shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order; express shipping is a flat $15. Orders placed before 12:00 pm ET are processed the same business day, and most U.S. orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipping. 5. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 90 days of purchase if they are unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 3–7 business days after inspection. Incorrect or damaged orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 6. Accounts and Reviews

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. If you submit a product review or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or unrelated to the product.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, images, logos, product descriptions and guides, is owned by Secret Garden Seed Bank or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute Site content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
