Where We Ship

We ship across the United States (all states). Availability may vary where restricted by local laws or carrier rules.

Shipping Options

Shipping options are shown at checkout. We currently offer:

• Free Standard Shipping: on every U.S. order, no minimum
• Express Shipping: $15 flat rate

Order Processing

• Processing time: Orders placed before 12:00 pm ET are processed the same business day.
• Cut-off time: Orders placed after 12:00 pm ET begin processing the next business day.
• Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery & Tracking

• Tracking: When available, a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
• Delivery time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipping. Transit times can vary by destination and carrier; estimates are also shown at checkout.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Express shipping is a $15 flat-rate option. Taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery. If your order does not arrive, contact us at info@secretgardenseedbank.com with your order number and we will reship it at no cost to you.
