Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how returns and refunds work at Secret Garden Seed Bank. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Return Window (3 Months)

We accept returns on eligible items as long as the seeds are not older than three (3) months from the date of purchase. Requests made after 3 months may not be approved.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the following must be true:

  • The return request is submitted within 3 months of purchase.
  • Items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality control, safety, and inventory integrity, we may refuse returns for items that are opened, damaged, or missing original packaging. The following are generally not eligible:

  • Items returned after the 3-month window
  • Opened or used items
  • Items that were damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such at checkout)

How to Start a Return

  1.  Contact us at info@secretgardenseedbank.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not mail items back without authorization.
  3. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Our error: If we shipped the wrong item or the order arrived damaged/defective, we will work with you to resolve it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees: Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when requesting your return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
